Emmitt Plant Moving Forward with inspHire
Recently, Emmitt Plant made the decision to review the way they were managing their business and switched to leading hire software provider, inspHire. Luke Findlay, Director at Emmitt Plant said “All our data is now stored in a single comprehensive system. Our efficiency has greatly improved and we are now able to easily provide customers with the high level of service they desire”
Since its inception back in 1979, Emmitt Plant’s philosophy has been to invest heavily in equipment whilst taking the time to provide customers with a fantastic level of service. However, they began to run into difficulties as the business expanded. Luke Findlay said, “Our existing system comprised of very basic functionality. As the business continued to grow, it made everyday tasks extremely difficult and time consuming. We knew it was time for change.”
Luke added, “As soon as we saw the slick, easy-to-use nature of the software and the meticulous approach inspHire took to the project, we knew it ticked all our boxes and was exactly what we needed to take our business to the next level.”
Many of Emmitt’s customers have noticed the change since they started using inspHire, Luke says, “Our key customers have been incredibly impressed by the reporting capabilities of inspHire, in particular the ‘what’s out where’ report. The fact that we can answer almost all of their queries at the click of a button has sped up and improved our quality of service”.
