Trelawny to launch QCR Code Program for 2019

Trelawny, a UK leading manufacturer of air tools & surface preparation equipment will be launching their new QR code program in the early part of 2019. New tools & machines will feature a QR code located on the existing serial plate of the product which will allow operators to scan directly through their smart phone camera and instantly link them to an online info portal. Within this there will be access to information on machine operation & maintenance, safety guidelines, hints & tips as well as additional info such as related products, spare parts and technical back up.

The new QR program allows operators to access instant product info, help & support no matter where or when they are using a Trelawny machine. This will assist hirers in answering and dealing with some of the questions that can arise once equipment is out on hire, particularly if being used out of normal business hours.

While this will be launched across a few selected products to begin with, it will move across the whole Trelawny range in the coming months as well. One thing we are keen to do as we begin to launch this new program is listen to hirers and their customers and see what additional info they would like to be able to access through the QR codes. If there is something you regularly get asked about Trelawny machines, feed this back to us and we will look to include this on the QR pages.

Trelawny will be displaying some sample machines featuring the new QR codes at the show and welcome visitors to come by Stand B24 to check them out.
